George Russo is a seasoned healthcare executive with over two decades of leadership experience spanning medical devices, diagnostics, and consumer health. As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Origyn Solutions, George brings deep expertise in corporate strategy, licensing, and M&A to the studio’s mission of building transformative women’s health ventures.

Prior to Origyn, George held senior executive roles at Johnson & Johnson, Haemonetics, Hologic, and Insulet Corporation, where he led more than 40 transactions totaling billions in value. His work included the formation of new business platforms, strategic investments, and acquisitions that accelerated growth across multiple therapeutic areas.

At Origyn, George applies this strategic and transactional acumen to shape the studio’s venture architecture; structuring partnerships, capitalization strategies, and exit pathways that position each company for commercial success.
