Eric Agdeppa brings deep industry perspective to the University of Michigan Coulter Advisory Board, drawing on a career spent bridging biomedical research, clinical needs, and real-world product leadership. He has held senior leadership roles at GE HealthCare, Hillrom/Baxter, and Becton Dickinson, with experience spanning diagnostics, medical devices, and AI-enabled health technologies with a focus on early feasibility through clinical and commercial translation in complex, high-stakes environments. Through the Coulter Program, he mentors faculty innovators on translational strategy, evidence development, and decision-making that supports meaningful adoption in healthcare and improved patient care.
