Braden Robison is the President and CEO of Arbor Assays, an employee-owned biotechnology company that develops ELISA and detection kits used by researchers worldwide. With more than 25 years of experience in the medical device and diagnostics industries, he has built a career focused on product development, regulatory strategy, and translating scientific innovation into practical tools for researchers. 

Braden holds a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Earlier in his career at Stryker, he helped launch more than 100 products through the FDA regulatory process and led strategy for one of the company’s largest franchises. He later co-founded the diagnostics startup Seraph Biosciences and served as its COO, and has also worked with entrepreneurs as a Mentor-in-Residence at the University of Michigan. 

At Arbor Assays, Braden focuses on building a quality-driven, customer-centric organization that supports researchers with reliable assay technologies and strong scientific support.
