BME 500 Fall Speaker Series Connects Students with Research Leaders

The University of Michigan Department of Biomedical Engineering is welcoming researchers and industry experts for its annual BME 500 Fall Speaker Series.

Held in person every Thursday afternoon throughout the fall semester as part of the BME 500 course, the sessions will introduce students to current and emerging research topics in biomedical engineering. Speakers from U-M, industry and universities across the country will share their expertise, research findings and perspectives on developments shaping the field.

The series will also include the Hunt Lecture on Friday, November 13. No session will be held on November 26 because of the Thanksgiving break. The same seminar series is also offered annually in the winter term.
