2024 Coulter Timeline for FY 2025 Projects

| January 14 – February 27 | Call for Preliminary Proposals | Applicants strongly encouraged to meet with the Coulter Program Director prior to submitting a proposal. |
| February 28 | Preliminary Proposal due date | 5:00 pm Feb 28 due date |
| April 10 | Initial Review Meeting | Up to 10 teams will be invited to the Initial Review Meeting 20-minute pitch and Q&A with the Coulter Oversight Committee (OC). |
| April – mid-June | Proposal Support Program (PSP) | Up to 8 teams will be selected for Project Selection meeting Clinical and commercial opportunity assessment market research will be conducted to support proposal refinement PSP deliverables include: 1. Target product profile development, budget and milestone refinement suggestions 2. Final proposal and Selection Meeting pitch presentation |
| Mid-June | Project Selection Meeting | 20-minute pitch and Q&A with the OC Funding awarded up to 8 teams |
| July | Funding begins | One-year funding from July 2025 – June 2026 |
