Research Interests

Research is focusing on electrical cardiac wave propagation using a combination of experimental, clinical, and computational approaches with the aim of better understanding and therapy of atrial and ventricular fibrillation. Current projects in his laboratory include (1) dynamics of impulse propagation and reentrant activity; (2) mechanisms of atrial fibrillation; (3) electrical and photonic mapping of cardiac fibrillation; and (4) biophysical arrhythmia mechanisms in inherited cardiac diseases.

We are accepting new students to our research group.
