Giuliana Fagre-Guerreiro
Arlen R. Hellwarth Award
This award is presented to two undergraduate student leaders who have made valuable contributions to the College, University, and/or community.
Ari Wang
Distinguished Academic Achievement Undergraduate Award
Presented to the outstanding undergraduate in each degree program. Criteria considered by the department awards committee include academic achievement, exemplary character, leadership in class and activities, and potential for success in future endeavors.
Yucheng (Jacky) Tian
Richard F. and Eleanor A. Towner Prize for Distinguished Academic Achievement
Presented to the outstanding graduate student (Master’s or Ph.D. students) in each degree program. Criteria considered by the department awards committee include students’ active participation in research, leadership, and academic performance (GPA).
Xiaokai Wang
Richard F. and Eleanor A. Towner Prize for Outstanding Ph.D. Research
This award is intended to highlight the creativity and outstanding research achievements demonstrated by our Ph.D. students.
Karen Jin
Tau Beta Pi Tom S. Rice Award
This award honors CoE students who have made exceptional contributions in the areas of scholarship, research, leadership and service.
