Our group studies engineering education, with the goal of improving engineering education and access for all. Our projects span mental health and wellness in higher education, training in engineering education research, career pathways for engineering students, and broadening participation in engineering. We seek to translate our work into research-based practices for faculty, staff, and students. Recent translation projects include integrating wellness education into engineering curriculum and training engineering faculty in engineering education research methods.
